Challenge terms preview.

Organizer and eligibility
The planned organizer is World Wide Wood AB, Stockholm, Sweden. The founding edition is intended for independent hotels worldwide. The entrant must be at least 18, authorised by the hotel and able to document rights to the original image.
Ownership and limited licence
The hotel keeps ownership. If an entry is accepted, the hotel grants World Wide Wood AB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process the original into requested derivatives and display the original and hotel-approved outputs in the challenge gallery, GrandOS channels and challenge communications. The licence does not permit model training or sale of the image.
Derivatives, backups and provenance
GrandOS may create channel crops, light and colour adjustments, straightening and only separately approved object removal. The original, derivative identifiers and exact change log remain linked. Encrypted operational backups may persist for up to 30 additional days after deletion from active storage.
Withdrawal and deletion
A hotel may withdraw before the announced publication lock by emailing the organizer. GrandOS will remove the entry from active public display within five business days and delete active original files within ten business days. Previously published social posts may be removed where GrandOS controls the account; third-party copies cannot be guaranteed.
Selection, prize and disputes
The final jury, judging criteria, credit expiry and prize restrictions will be stated in the final rules. Credits have no cash value. Questions, withdrawal requests or disputes may be sent to filip@claridad.io. Swedish law is planned to govern the founding edition, subject to mandatory consumer and data-protection law.
